Do I need experience to volunteer or intern?
No prior experience is required, though it’s helpful. We value passion, curiosity, and a willingness to learn. Basic training and guidance are provided on-site.
Are these opportunities paid?
Most opportunities, including volunteering and internships, are unpaid. However, we offer accommodation discounts for long-term contributors and provide a Certificate of Contribution or Internship upon completion.
What are the accommodation options for volunteers or interns?
GreenNest provides eco-lodging options for volunteers and interns at discounted rates, based on duration and availability. You’ll stay in a natural and community-oriented environment close to project areas.
How long can I stay as a volunteer or intern?
We welcome short-term stays (1–4 weeks) and long-term engagements (up to 6 months). The longer the stay, the deeper the impact and learning experience.
What kind of research can be done at GreenNest?
We support research in areas like sustainable agriculture, permaculture, eco-construction, water management, composting, waste upcycling, and community development. We encourage partnerships with universities and research institutions.
Do I need to submit an application?
