GreenNest Ranche Ltd. is looking for two energetic and organized Sales / CRM Officers to support the sales activities for the Rainmaker Aeros 250 Liter water unit. If you are a result-oriented professional with a passion for sustainable solutions and customer engagement, we want to hear from you.
Role Overview
- Position: Sales / CRM Officer Rainmaker (2 positions available).
- Location: GreenNest Ranche office, Mateves / Kisongo, Arusha.
- Contract: Full-time, 5 days per week (09:00 – 17:00).
- Reporting to: Sales & Distribution Coordinator / GreenNest Ranche Management.
Your Mission
Your primary objective is to build and maintain an active sales pipeline for Rainmaker drinking water solutions across Tanzania and Africa. You will work daily within a specialized CRM system to record leads, manage customer contacts, and drive commercial progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update leads, prospects, and customer information in the CRM.
- Proactively follow up with leads via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Identify new potential customers including lodges, hotels, safari camps, farms, schools, clinics, NGOs, and water projects.
- Search for potential distributors and lead generators.
- Support customer meetings and product demonstrations.
- Collect market information and report relevant opportunities to management.
Who We Are Looking For
We need individuals who are comfortable on the phone, commercially minded, and exceptionally organized.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or commercial administration.
- Fluency in Kiswahili and a basic command of English.
- Strong computer skills (email and online systems) and the ability to work accurately with CRM software.
- A professional, customer-friendly attitude and a result-oriented mindset.
Preferred Experience:
- B2B sales background.
- Knowledge of technical products, NGOs, or the hospitality industry.
- Good written English skills.
